PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT

An integral part of the A2CNS team since 2015. Landing here from the great state of Ohio, Allan brings a wealth of experience in building, concrete construction, and operations to the table. Known for his production-driven mindset and unwavering loyalty, he approaches every project with a direct and motivated attitude. Allan sets the bar high and expects the same from his Teams. He is a strong team player and consistently produces at the highest level. 

When he’s not overseeing construction projects, Allan enjoys spending quality time with his family and indulging in his love for the outdoors through fishing, boating, gardening, cooking, and kayaking. 

He attended The Ohio State University and is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

A dedicated employee whose journey in the construction industry began in 2005 as the first superintendent hired by A2CNS. With almost 20 years of experience in extensive concrete construction here at A2CNS, Zenon has become a cornerstone of our team, known for his unwavering loyalty and infectious smile. His superior work ethic, motivation, and responsibility make him an invaluable asset on any project. 

Beyond his professional life, Zenon is an exceptional cook

who loves to unwind and savor life’s simple pleasures after a long, hard day at work. 

Qualifications include OSHA 30, OSHA Competent Person, Safe Operator Certification, ProCore, BuilderTrend

PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT

Marco was born in Mexico City, Mexico, and brings 13 years of hands-on experience in the concrete industry. He began his career as a laborer on his father’s wall crew and steadily advanced to Foreman, General Foreman, and now serves as a Project Superintendent and Director of Safety. Marco is known for his strong work ethic, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning. He plays an essential role in facilitating communication and organizational alignment between Field Production and Project Management. His approach to problem-solving is thorough, practical, and fiscally responsible, and he places high importance on transparency and timely communication across all departments. Highly respectful and open-minded, Marco values learning from seasoned professionals and consistently works to elevate team performance.

Outside of work, Marco enjoys spending quality time with his family, playing electric guitar, listening to music, and cooking.

He holds multiple industry certifications, including OSHA 10, OSHA 30, Fall Protection, Competent Person, and Crane Rigger/Signal certifications.

Tony has been a dedicated project superintendent at A2CNS since 2022. With a wealth of diverse experience in construction and concrete, Tony brings a dependable, honest, and friendly approach to every project he oversees. He always welcomes the most challenging projects and faces them head-on while striving for the highest production standards. His loyalty to both his team and clients sets him apart in the industry. 

When he’s not busy managing projects,

Tony unwinds by spending quality time with his family, indulging in his love for soccer, and enjoying the tranquility of his land. With Tony on board, you can trust that your construction needs are in capable hands.

PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT

Adam is originally from Denver, Colorado, and is a seasoned concrete supervisor and project leader with more than 20 years of industry experience. His career spans a wide range of roles—including Concrete Finisher, Site Foreman, Project Manager, and now Project Superintendent—giving him a deep, well-rounded understanding of field operations and project delivery.

Adam brings extensive expertise in layout, forming, reinforcing, finishing, crew leadership, scheduling, and quality control. He is a strong, reliable, and solutions-oriented leader within our Production Team, consistently guiding teams toward safe, efficient, and high-quality results.

Outside of work, Adam is a devoted family man who enjoys NFL football, especially cheering on the Denver Broncos. He also appreciates watching sports, movies, and TV shows as a way to unwind.

Adam holds OSHA 30 certification and the GSWCC Blue Card, underscoring his commitment to safety, compliance, and professional excellence.

PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT

Hailing from the mighty metropolis of Wappingers Falls, New York, Bill is a dedicated Project Superintendent, who joined the A2CNS team in 2023. With a wealth of experience in concrete and machinery, he brings both knowledge and a friendly demeanor to every project he oversees. Known for his dependable nature and eagerness to learn, he quickly establishes strong relationships with colleagues and clients alike. 

Outside of work, Bill cherishes time with his family and enjoys outdoor activities such as boating and shooting, making him a well-rounded individual who values both hard work and leisure. 

Bill is an alumnus of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where he received his B.S. in Aircraft Engineering.

PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT 

Lupe was born in Mexico and raised in Katy, Texas, and brings over two decades of residential construction experience to the field. With a strong foundation in concrete operations and heavy equipment management, he is proficient in executing high-quality concrete pours, overseeing site preparation, and coordinating job-site activities with efficiency and precision.

Lupe is committed to maintaining organized, productive, and safety-driven job sites. Recognized for his steady leadership, reliability, and depth of hands-on knowledge, he consistently ensures that each project is completed to the highest standards of craftsmanship and professionalism.

Outside of work, Lupe enjoys attending live sporting events and live music performances and has an interest in programs focused on ancient civilizations.

LOGISITCS

Randy has been an integral part of A2 since 2017, bringing a wealth of experience from his previous role as the owner of a successful grading company. Known for his dependability and honesty, he consistently demonstrates an exceptional work ethic in every project he undertakes. With a great sense of humor, Randy fosters a positive work environment while prioritizing safety at all times. His dedication to quality and integrity makes him a valued member of the A2 team. 

Randy enjoys duck hunting and spending time with his family when he is not moving equipment and coordinating job sites.
