DIRECTOR, PRODUCTION & PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT

An integral part of the A2 team since 2015. Landing here from the great state of Ohio, Allan brings a wealth of experience in building, concrete construction, and operations to the table. Known for his production-driven mindset and unwavering loyalty, he approaches every project with a direct and motivated attitude. Allan sets the bar high and expects the same from his Teams. He is a strong team player and consistently produces at the highest level. 

When he’s not overseeing construction projects, Allan enjoys spending quality time with his family and indulging in his love for the outdoors through fishing, boating, gardening, cooking, and kayaking. 

He attended The Ohio State University and is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

DIRECTOR OF SAFETY & PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT

Marco was born in Mexico City, Mexico, and brings 13 years of hands-on experience in the concrete industry. He began his career as a laborer on his father’s wall crew and steadily advanced to Foreman, General Foreman, and now serves as a Project Superintendent and Director of Safety. Marco is known for his strong work ethic, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning. His approach to problem-solving is thorough, practical, and fiscally responsible, and he places high importance on transparency and timely communication across all departments. Highly respectful and open-minded, Marco values learning from seasoned professionals and consistently works to elevate team performance.

Outside of work, Marco enjoys spending quality time with his family, playing electric guitar, listening to music, and cooking.

He holds multiple industry certifications, including OSHA 10, OSHA 30, Fall Protection, Competent Person, and Crane Rigger/Signal certifications.

 PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT

A dedicated employee whose journey in the construction industry began in 2005 as the first superintendent hired by A2. 

With over 20 years of experience in extensive concrete construction here at A2, Zenon has become a cornerstone of our team, known for his unwavering loyalty and infectious smile. His superior work ethic, motivation, and responsibility make him an invaluable asset on any project. 

Beyond his professional life, Zenon is an exceptional cook

who loves to unwind and savor life’s simple pleasures after a long, hard day at work. 

Qualifications include OSHA 30, OSHA Competent Person, Safe Operator Certification, ProCore, BuilderTrend

PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT

Tony has been a dedicated project superintendent at A2 since 2022. With a wealth of diverse experience in construction and concrete, Tony brings a dependable, honest, and friendly approach to every project he oversees. He always welcomes the most challenging projects and faces them head-on while striving for the highest production standards. His loyalty to both his team and clients sets him apart in the industry. 

When he’s not busy managing projects,

Tony unwinds by spending quality time with his family, indulging in his love for soccer, and enjoying the tranquility of his land. With Tony on board, you can trust that your construction needs are in capable hands.

Certifications include OSHA 10, Fall Protection, Crane Rigger/Signal, OSHA Competent Person, Safe Operator, ProCore, and BuilderTrend.

PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT 

Brad is an experienced leader in the construction industry, defined by an unwavering work ethic and a "lead-from-the-front" mentality. 

With extensive experience overseeing complex  projects, Brad has built a reputation as a dependable leader who commands respect on the job site through action and accountability. He specializes in transforming intricate blueprints into structural reality, ensuring that every pour meets the highest standards of safety and technical precision.

Beyond his technical mastery, Brad brings a level of honesty and transparency that project owners and stakeholders have come to rely on. By combining decades of field expertise with a relentless drive for excellence, Brad ensures that every build is not just a structure, but a lasting testament to quality craftsmanship and professional integrity.

When Brad is not working he enjoys spending time with his wife and family, being outdoors, and cheering on the Florida Gators!

PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT

Hailing from the mighty metropolis of Wappingers Falls, New York, Bill is a dedicated Project Superintendent, who joined the A2 team in 2023. 

With a wealth of experience in concrete and machinery, he brings both knowledge and a friendly demeanor to every project he oversees. Known for his dependable nature and eagerness to learn, he quickly establishes strong relationships with colleagues and clients alike. 

Outside of work, Bill cherishes time with his family and enjoys outdoor activities such as boating and shooting, making him a well-rounded individual who values both hard work and leisure. 

Bill is an alumnus of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where he received his B.S. in Aircraft Engineering.

PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT 

Ryan Luckey leads projects for A2 with a hands-on background that spans the construction trade from the ground up. 

Before joining A2, Ryan served as a Project Manager at Herbert Construction Company and worked as a Foreman for both Bruce Fischer Concrete and 5 Star Construction — experience that gave him a deep, field-level understanding of what it takes to run a job right, on schedule and to spec.

Originally from Saint Joseph, Michigan, Ryan now lives in Woodstock, Georgia. Outside of work, he coaches his son's baseball team, loves traveling with his family, and is always growing his bourbon collection. He's also a die-hard college football fan — Go Irish!

Ryan is an alumnus of The University of Northwestern Ohio where he holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Automotive and Diesel Technology

LOGISITCS

Randy has been an integral part of A2 since 2017, bringing a wealth of experience from his previous role as the owner of a successful grading company. Known for his dependability and honesty, he consistently demonstrates an exceptional work ethic in every project he undertakes. 

With a great sense of humor, Randy fosters a positive work environment while prioritizing safety at all times. His dedication to quality and integrity makes him a valued member of the A2 team. 

Randy enjoys duck hunting and spending time with his family when he is not moving equipment and coordinating job sites. 

LOGISITCS

 Scott brings a diverse and hands-on background to the team, with extensive experience spanning logistics and delivery, maintenance, remodeling, real estate, and general construction. This broad skill set gives him a practical, solutions-oriented approach to every project he takes on. 

Scott holds a Class A Commercial Driver's License and is a graduate of Harrison High School.

Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, Scott now calls Acworth, Georgia home. Outside of work, he enjoys boating on Lake Allatoona with friends and family, camping, and Jeeping. 

He's an active member of Westridge Church and a proud Georgia Bulldogs fan on Saturdays.
