DIRECTOR, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING

  Jeremiah brings a rare combination of creative and industry expertise to A2. A native of Evansville, Indiana, he studied arts and communications at the University of Southern Indiana before moving to Georgia to pursue his passion for design at the Art Institute of Atlanta. 

That pursuit led him to found C-4 Creative, a design agency. 

His path into construction began at AquaGuard Foundation Solutions, where he started as a System Design Specialist and was promoted to Account Manager. In 2021, he joined Thomas Concrete, the Southeast's most prolific concrete manufacturer, as Territory Account Manager. It's this blend of marketing insight, systems thinking, and hands-on construction experience that makes him such a strong fit to lead our business development efforts forward.

Outside of work, Jeremiah is a devoted family man who treasures time with his wife and two daughters, pursuing art projects, and getting outdoors whenever he can. He's also an accomplished martial artist, holding Black Belts in both Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai Kickboxing under Master Eddie Camden of the renowned Tiger Academy. Jeremiah lives in Marietta, GA with his family.

SOCIAL MEDIA & MARKETING SPECIALIST

Tiffani joined the team in 2026 and brings a creative eye and strong marketing skills to the marketing team. Before joining A2, she built her social media expertise managing accounts for various restaurants and for 3A Law Management, giving her a well-rounded background in connecting brands with their communities online.

Originally from Seattle, Washington, Tiffani now calls Marietta, Georgia home. Outside of work, she loves to travel, cheer on her favorite hockey team, spend time with her nieces, and make regular trips to Disney World. She's also trained in special effects makeup and has lent her talents to several film projects — and yes, she can proudly say she's been "friends with" more than a few Disney characters along the way!

Tiffani studied Business and Dance at Kennesaw State University and holds a cosmetology certification from Paul Mitchell The School in Atlanta.

ACCOUNT MANAGER, SPECIAL PROJECTS

An accomplished construction professional with a wealth of experience that has been elevating the performance of A2 since 2015. Originally from Dallas, Georgia, Ken has honed his skills in sales, fostering meaningful relationships, and managing personnel to drive success. 

Known for his motivation, responsibility, loyalty, and unwavering honesty, he is not only dedicated to achieving his professional goals but also values integrity in every interaction. Ken is the epitome of a team player and always puts others before himself, while always having the best interest of the Company in mind. 

Beyond his career, Ken embraces a love for family, fishing, hunting, and passionately supports Georgia football, making him a well-rounded individual both in and out of the office.

ACCOUNT MANAGER, RESIDENTIAL & HARDSCAPES

Renon was raised in Kingston, GA, on his grandparents’ draft horse farm, where he learned the family trade and became a third-generation landscaper. He developed expertise in hardscape construction, which led him to roles in operations management and ultimately to his current position at A2. Renon’s professional experience spans operations management, project management, procurement, construction, logistics, machine operation, and team leadership.

Renon serves on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Draft Horse Association and as Chancellor and Membership Director for the Knights of Columbus. He is active in the Bartow Chamber of Commerce and the Acworth Business Association. He enjoys golfing and following sports.

Renon holds certifications in PMP Fundamentals, 5S, and Construction Safety.
