CO-FOUNDER & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

A dynamic leader with a wealth of experience in the concrete, building, and construction industry. As the CEO and Co-Founder of A2CNS, which he established in 2005, Kevin brings over 30 years of expertise to the table, evolving from a humble start in Buffalo, New York, where he owned and operated a forestry company. His journey has taken him from residential driveways to managing complex industrial projects, showcasing his relentless drive and motivation. Under his leadership, A2CNS has grown from just 4 employees to a robust team of over 30, expanding operations across multiple states. With a solid background in business development and a passion for life outside of work— being outdoors, enjoying family time, hunting, and wildlife—Kevin embodies the spirit of perseverance and dedication that fuels the success of A2CNS. 

Kevin received his degree in Mechanical Engineering at Alfred State College. He is a member of the American Concrete Institute.

CO-FOUNDER & CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Jamal is from the great state of Illinois and a distinguished co-founder of A2CNS, established in 2005. With a solid background in entrepreneurial and financial management, Jamal is known for his organized and responsible leadership style which ensures fiscal discretion and compliance on corporate financial roles and projects into the millions of dollars. His impressive career also includes overseeing payroll and management for a growing workforce, expanding from just 4 employees to over 30, as well as insurance management and day-to-day Best Management Practices. Jamal balances his professional pursuits with a passion for family, St. Louis Cardinal baseball, and travel, making him a well-rounded figure in both his career and personal life. 

He received his B.S. in Applied Sciences from Southern Illinois University and is a member of the American Concrete Institute.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Adam has been instrumental in driving the company's success since he joined in 2017. Hailing from the small town of Quincy, Florida, he brings a wealth of experience in construction, fiscal & financial policy, human resources, and executive management to the table. Known for his disciplined and strategic approaches, he excels in implementing growth strategies aimed at increasing overall revenue and profit margins while also identifying and vetting top talent for the team. Outside of his professional pursuits, he enjoys spending quality time with family, Florida State football, all things outdoors, and traveling at every opportunity. 

Adam is an alumnus of Atlanta Christian College and Point University where he received his B.S. in Business Administration & Finance. He has completed post-graduate studies through University of Virginia and Southern Polytechnic College of Engineering and Engineering Technology (SPCEET) at Kennesaw State University and is a member of the American Concrete Institute.
