SENIOR ESTIMATOR

An effective employee here at A2CNS, Dave began his career in 2016 as a laborer and has since worked his way up to being a leader in our estimating department. Born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, Dave brings a wealth of experience in the concrete industry, coupled with an unwavering willingness to learn and tackle challenges head-on. His loyalty, honesty, and organizational skills make him a vital asset to the team. 

Outside of work, Dave enjoys quality time and traveling with his wife, his dogs, cheering on Nebraska football, immersing himself in bluegrass music, and relaxing by the pool. 

Dave attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha and is OSHA 30 certified.

PROJECT ESTIMATOR

Luis is a dedicated and adaptable construction professional specializing in estimating, with a progressive career path spanning residential, commercial, and specialized trade-level work. Born in Atlanta and raised in Conyers, Georgia, Luis brings a strong regional understanding coupled with a commitment to continuous professional growth.

Luis launched his career in high school with residential painting before transitioning to a commercial General Contracting internship during his undergraduate studies. He swiftly advanced, becoming an estimator for a medium-sized General Contractor. After consolidating his experience in the GC sector, he made the strategic move to a trade-level estimator role, demonstrating a desire for depth and specialization in costing and project analysis. He is open to conversation, engages effectively with others, and has a deep-seated willingness to tackle daunting subjects and master new skills. 

Beyond his construction and estimation work, he maintains his Small Unmanned Aircraft Pilot License, reflecting an interest in technology. In his personal time, he enjoys gaming, cooking, and actively helping others. 

He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from Kennesaw State University and is OSHA 30 certified.
