DIRECTOR, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

 William is a lifelong Georgia resident whose values of service, hard work, and entrepreneurship were shaped by his U.S. Navy veteran father and Ecuadorian mother. He has played a key role in launching multiple businesses, including Hybrid Battery 911 and Aroma Wrap—an innovative venture that earned an invitation to Shark Tank. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, William brings a global perspective to every project he undertakes.

His career reflects both technical skill and resilience. After surviving open-heart surgery and brain tumor removal, William approaches life and work with a deep sense of purpose, faith, and determination. He leverages hands-on construction knowledge and engineering expertise to help customers transform and improve their properties with excellence and attention to detail.

William’s diverse professional background includes serving as Chief Engineer of the historic Carnegie Building, working as a Preventive Maintenance Mechanic at Coca-Cola’s corporate facilities, and providing enterprise support as an IBM Technical Support Specialist. This uncommon combination of mechanical ability, engineering understanding, and customer-focused communication sets him apart in the industry.

A devoted father of four and proud grandfather, William enjoys spending Sundays watching his Miami Dolphins. 

He completed coursework at the Georgia Institute of Technology, Southern Polytechnic College, and Kennesaw State University.

DIRECTOR, RESIDENTIAL SALES & ESTIMATING

Seasoned in sales and project management, his journey with A2CNS began in 2005 as its very first salesperson. From the vibrant city of Buffalo, New York, Don brings over 50 years of invaluable experience in management, sales, and

construction to the table. Known for his exceptional personality and unwavering dedication, Don's charismatic presence not only inspires those around him but also fosters strong relationships with clients and team members alike. As a founding member of the Company, his oversight and counsel are critical to our success. 

Outside of work, he enjoys his family, hunting, fishing, and all things outdoors, is an avid Braves and Dawgs fan since the mid 1980's, all of which reflects a life of balance between professional & personal success. 

Don graduated from Buffalo State University and is a veteran of the United States Army.

DIRECTOR, SPECIAL PROJECTS

An accomplished construction professional with a wealth of experience that has been elevating the performance of A2CNS since 2015. Originally from Dallas, Georgia, Ken has honed his skills in sales, fostering meaningful relationships, and managing personnel to drive success. Known for his motivation, responsibility, loyalty, and unwavering honesty, he is

not only dedicated to achieving his professional goals but also values integrity in every interaction. Ken is the epitome of a team player and always puts others before himself, while always having the best interest of the Company in mind. 

Beyond his career, Ken embraces a love for family, fishing, hunting, and passionately supports Georgia football, making him a well-rounded individual both in and out of the office.

DIRECTOR, PRODUCTION

An integral part of the A2CNS team since 2015. Landing here from the great state of Ohio, Allan brings a wealth of experience in building, concrete construction, and operations to the table. Known for his production-driven mindset and unwavering loyalty, he approaches every project with a direct and motivated attitude. Allan sets the bar high and expects the same from his Teams. He is a strong team player and consistently produces at the highest level. When he’s not overseeing construction projects, 

Allan enjoys spending quality time with his family and indulging in his love for the outdoors through fishing, boating, gardening, cooking, and kayaking. 

He attended The Ohio State University and is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

DIRECTOR, FIELD SAFETY

Marco was born in Mexico City, Mexico, and brings 13 years of hands-on experience in the concrete industry. He began his career as a laborer on his father’s wall crew and steadily advanced to Foreman, General Foreman, and now serves as a Project Superintendent and Director of Safety. Marco is known for his strong work ethic, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning. He plays an essential role in facilitating communication and organizational alignment between Field Production and Project Management. His approach to problem-solving is thorough, practical, and fiscally responsible, and he places high importance on transparency and timely communication across all departments. Highly respectful and open-minded, Marco values learning from seasoned professionals and consistently works to elevate team performance.

Outside of work, Marco enjoys spending quality time with his family, playing electric guitar, listening to music, and cooking.

He holds multiple industry certifications, including OSHA 10, OSHA 30, Fall Protection, Competent Person, and Crane Rigger/Signal certifications.

DIRECTOR, LOGISTICS & PHYSICAL PLANT

Renon was raised in Kingston, GA, on his grandparents’ draft horse farm, where he learned the family trade and became a third-generation landscaper. He developed expertise in hardscape construction, which led him to roles in operations management and ultimately to his current position at A2. Renon’s professional experience spans operations management, project management, procurement, construction, logistics, machine operation, and team leadership.

Renon serves as a Board Director for the Georgia Draft Horse Association and as Chancellor and Membership Director for the Knights of Columbus. He enjoys golfing, following sports, and spending quality time with his fiancé and daughter.

He holds certifications in PMP Fundamentals, 5S, and Construction Safety, reflecting his commitment to efficiency, safety, and professional development.

BUSINESS MANAGER

Nycole joined the team in 2022. Born in Panama City, Florida, she brings a wealth of experience from various management roles within the construction industry. Known for her dependability, honesty, and direct approach, she thrives on challenges and values collaboration, making her an invaluable team player. With her strong work ethic, Nycole is committed to driving our business forward while fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture.

Outside of her professional life, Nycole enjoys spending quality time with her family, honing her dart-throwing skills, socializing with friends, and immersing herself in good music.
